Raspberry pear granola bars?

i just made these amazing granola bars with

Slices Pears boiled in vanilla bean paste and ground dates –pureed and strained mixed with toasted rolled oats wheat germ almond slices and cashews halves Homemade dehydrated raspberries chopped dried white peaches and apricot they are cut into long rectangles.. they need an extra umph.. i was thinking a pear glazed drizzled on top.. but i want it to set is there anything i can use to make it harden besides powdered sugar... would cornstarch or arrowroot work?

please help i need to finish these off for my spa trip party

  1. I would think that either of those two choices would work to help set up the glaze you can also use powdered merangue


  2. cornstarch will work... or a hardened glaze like you mentioned
