Ha ha ha ha, rasta pasta has NO weed in it. Rasta pasta is just pasta with alot of herbs ( not ganja) and spices and colourful fresh veges of your choice, but they are usually local market stuff. It is meatless, rastas are very health concious, and typically reject can foods, preserves,meat, overly processed foods etc. Rasta pasta is really good and it's healthy.

rasta pasta in itself is a farce. for the people who it is named after don't care about the marketing machine of labeling pasta to make it cooler for this years fad.

as to your question:

in short; it contains wheat pasta, herbs and spices. A red, green, and yellow bell pepper for distinctive color. Authentic Rasta Pasta contains no meat because most all Rastafarian's are vegetarian.

Hi. It consist of your favorite pasta, with meat and cheese, but instead of italian type herbs, you use pot to season it.   If you dont like pot on you pasta, you can use herbes-de-provence instead.
