Rat bite and care of?

One of my rats bit me last night and I was wondering the best way to take care of the bite. I have been putting peroxide on it, but is there something else I should be doing?

i always just cleaned it with soap and water, but keep peroxide on it, and like neosporin or something to keep it clean and from getting infected, and bandage it and youll be fine

Betadine or alcohol and then bandage it.

If your tetanus shot's older than five years, go get one.

it depends on how deep the bite is

my little bro was bittin and the rats teeth went into his bone

if its only minor us a wound friendly antiseptic cream and wrap a loose bandage on it

it should heal fast :)

Ok this happend to me 2....Yuu put a little bit of detol on it than bandage it...the doctor said to let it have 4min air before you go to bed ok to speed up the healing process and put more detol on after showers ok.
