Rat doing pushups??

when my rat is in her hut sometimes she will sleep diagonaly. her front paws in the upper right corner her back paws in the lower left corner. whenever i call her name or talk to her to try and get her out of her hut and she is in that position in her hut she will arch her back and raise her stomach. as in she is doing pushups. she will then lower back down when i stop talking and she will start again when i start to talk. she will do this every time i talk to her. she only does this when she is in her diagnol position. its really weird and i dont know why she does it. does anyone know why she would do that?

A quirky personality?

She's probably just stretching. My rats have done their fair share of weird things. One of my girls does that but not as much as yours. It's probably just a bizarre personality trait if there isn't anything else wrong.
