Rat owners: Do you have other pets and how do they get along with the rats?

Anyone have any weird friendships going on, like your rat and cat, or bird? Tell me about it! Thanks!

i have 9 rats a dog (staffordshire bull terrier) and an african grey parrot, the parrot never has any contact with the rats but she does with the dog and they aint bothered by eachother.

the dog however is frightened of the rats she goes up to their cage and tries to l**k their feet as they are climbing around but they try to get her through the bars!! however if the rats was on the floor that would be another story,so apart from through the cage bars they dont come into contact with eachother,they are too precious to risk!
