Ok, first Black luster solider is illegal, so is magician of faith, snatch steal, change of heart, pot of greed, metamorphisis, call of haunted, and tribe infecting virus.

This is too random to be successful, and you have too many weak cards, like ryu kishin powered and high tide gyrochin.

Choose a theme, like DAD, Glad beast, monarch control, machine, etc. and have more traps and take out these cards:

dust tornadolimiter removal, rush recklessly, marshmallon glasses

Your deck is pretty good in my opinion, but there are some flaws.

1. Call of the Haunted, Change of Heart, and Pot of Greed are banned (Forbidden).

2. You need more traps.

3. The limit of Cards you can have in your deck is 60.
