Question:

Rate/Fix/Advice on my Six Samurai Deck?

I usually almost always win with this deck, but for some reasons I felt that there's something wrong with it. Can you give me insights on what to remove/add in my deck and why?

  1. The deck looks great, but there are a few things that look out of place.

    For starters, I'd add another Spirit of the Six Samurai as it is too good a card to have just one.  Second, you must have at least 2 or 3 of the spell card Six Samurai United.  It's a must-have in any Six Samurai deck.  Get rid of the Reasonings.  I believe the deck will work just fine without them.  Next, your Trap lineup just seems out of place for me.  The Mirror Force is fine and so are the Solemns, the rest need to go I think.  Maybe add 2 Royal Decree.  This deck doesn't really rely on Traps anyway.  It might be a good addition.  I hope this helps.  Just looking at your deck makes me want to build one of my own.  Too bad I don't have the Grandmasters or Shogun Shiens.  Oh, forgot to mention that you can maybe add one Enishi.  It could help.

  3. Actually theres a number of things wrong with it. I'll explain y. Six Sams main weakness is the bad hand sinario. If not built properly it will never recover. With all the special summoning this deck does it usually leaves very little hand. There are cards within the six sam to overcome this problem. Probz the best 1 is "six samurai united" it basically allows you to draw two by summoning two six sams and it is easy to do so when you consider how much you should be summoning. Spirit also helps with the bad hands so i'd add another 1. Also Six Sam tend to have special summon from the grave a lot and have many traps to utalise. U apear to have no grave reliance except for Pot. If your avoiding Grave reliance to much then I'd take pot out and stick in the united. I'd say no wobuku and no dimension wall. and no body as a shield or cold wave. I'd also take out reaper. Not sure if its deliberate but theres no Torrential Tribute in this deck? There isn't a deck in the world and i mean any that shouldn't have that card! Add it immediately!!! Also add monster reborn. Thinking about it.... i'd add some cards that target the grave to be honest. its an easy way to get out a six sam allowing you to summon another and utalise their effects but thats up 2 u. Enishi can be useful but again up 2 u. Another card that u may consider in this deck is morphing jar. Will completely recycle your bad hands. Hope this has helped
