Now maybe for the first time ever, I could get a Rate AND FIX.

Not only some anwer saying "8/10" - what should i do to make it 10/10 yunno?!

get rid of mask of darkness. you dont have any important traps you want to bring back. waste of a draw and a normal set.

i definitely see a pattern, nice! a believe needle worm is limited to two, not entirely sure thou so maybe you should check. a good card to add would be coffin seller, a continuous trap that deals 300 to your opponent every time a monster goes to the graveyard, even from the deck! 8.5/10

A deckout deck is also known as a "Mill" deck. Shorter and rolls of the tongue better. Anyway here's what I think. Also it's "Book of Tayou"

- 2x D-Hero Defender [Youre trying to mill them not give them advantage]

- 2x desertapir [obvious]

- mask of darkness [too slow for this deck]

+ 3x Morphing Jar #2 [Best card for this deck... hurts your opponent so bad!!!]

+ Spirit Reaper [Stall]

+ Hiro's shadow scout [more mill]

- 2x dark door [allows attack still]

- ojama trio [all competitive deck swarm, too slow]

+ 3x Hand Destruction [mills 2 cards + draw]

- 2x magic drain [not needed]

- negate attack [not good stall, easily avoidable]

+ 2x Threatening Roar [WAY AWESOME]

+ Torrential Tribute [destroys opponents field if he gets too much advanatge]

These fixes will help consistancy and mill. 7/10. But to tell you the truth Mill deck never do good in regs/nats. MIll is too slow and can be easily negated.
