so that's my water deck, i just made it today out of cards that i already had so no offensive answers, any help would be appreciated.

Pretty good but you might want to add an Ocean Dragon Lord Neo Daedalus (optional: another tornado wall). I'd say about 8/10

Your water deck seems to pretty good. I would take out mother grizzly, creature swap, trap hole, malovolent nuzzler, and black pendant. If you get a oppurtunity to add more cards, add a few more sacrificing monsters, add draining shield, axe of despair, sakuretsu armour, and etc. But overall, your deck is very well if you made it one day with old cards.
