Stratagie:

Get 3 battery men out, prefferably batteryman AA, through inferno recless summon and Short Circuit to blow away and Attack with 9000 ATK from 3 Battery men AA.

7 tools in there for stuff that will stop either effect from hapening

Not bad, but I'm not seeing the Strategy with the Disciples or Draining Shields.

Heart of Clear Water is nice tech to attach to Batteryman D, but it looks a bit slow.

I don't get the Disciples...I'd take them out and use Thunder Dragons + Hand Destructions for draw strength as well as thinning your deck, that, and when Industrial Strength is out you can use the Thunder Dragons to wreak havoc on your opponent's cards. Take out the Quick Chargers and put in some Limit Reverses and another Battery Charger, since you can better attain an Inferno Reckless with those than how you plan it. I'd take out the Draining Shields and use Dimension Prisons to remove the creature. Invest in some Destruction Jammers to negate the effect of a card that includes "destroy a monster" and destroy it. Either that, or put a Prime Material Dragon into your deck, it works for me.

Otherwise, I give your deck a 3.5 to a 4 if I probably play tested it. Good luck.
