can u change .RMD to .JPG?

I need to get a file that i drew to my friend in .JPG form. How do I convert .RMD to .JPG? i really need this done, it's for my friend who's havin a major sugery tomorrow!!!!!!

take a screen-shot (press the print scrn key at the top of your keyboard if you have Windows) and paste it into Microsoft Paint. then save as .JPG.
