I see you made the improvments needed without monster reborn.  Only maybe 1 more polymerzation but thats a maybe. improved to a 8.75/10

Add more polymerization, maybe a fusion gate and a snipe hunter to help discard certain monsters when you need to. Other wise 7.5/10 o remeber, your only allowed 15 fusions in a deck

Maybe add Fusion Gate and Neos with one of the fusions. (trust me, it really helps)
