Rate My Photographs :]] Please

Question

I am 13, and i just got a Nikon d40. I would just like your opinions on my pictures and as much criticism as possible. Thank you very much :] I have about 49 pics for you guys to look at:

I really like the 1st 3.....and then the one with the umbrella. The others are just snapshots.

Very nice. I am also beginning photography. Unfortunately 2 weeks into my newly discovered passion my camera broke and I don't understand why. Anyway good job.

i liked some, and didn't like some.

the first page just looked like day to day point and shoot photograph, no inspiration or theme behind them. I'm not offending you, but they just look average to me, and normal. Like the ones with the fire-works, that was just a fun photograph, with no real them behind hit. However, when i got to the third and fourth page, i likes some of them, with the crayons, and the keys etc. They had a theme, and didn't look like they were just spontaneous shots. I likes these.

So, overall, i'll give you a 7.8/10, they are really nice photos, just don't post the like boring, fun ones on the internet. I have alot of fun point and shoot shots, but i don't put them on my web-page for say.
