Its good, but you have forgotten spirit reaper and crush card virus.  With ur goblins, reaper should be the first thing u add to hand.  Also, try to include some burials from the different dimension as well as another card of safe return.

Hey i was working on a deck like this, but then i just decided to run monarchs and i have ever since. but anyway it looks the same as the one i was going to run. I give 9 0ut 0f 10, great swarm deck. Things i would look in to adding would be foolish burial so you can send mezuki there faster or just a strong zombie to get out with  book of life. I also think inferno reckless summon could work well in this deck to. over all good deck!

with that out of the way i would suggest you use 1/2 burial from the different dimension to re-use mezuki's effect

i think you should take out the giant rats, add in the last card of safe return and a spirit reaper

also swap the book of moons in the main for the enemy controllers in the side

other than this the main deck looks really good

i dont like the look of a 12 card side deck ... if u got the cards u might as well fill it

i suggest taking out the creature swaps and pulling the rugs from the side deck ... replacing them with DD crows and threatening roars ... also this with the above changes should give you a 12 card side ... i would recommend 3x dust tornado in the side aswell since there are alot of decks playing solemn judgment atm

extra deck i would suggest putting a goyo guardian and a reaper on the nightmare incase you get you opponents tuner and/or elemental hero prisma (getting a zombie in the grave early may help when you get zombie master) ... hope this helps
