Rate My team in a 12 team hitters league!! neeed any changes?

It is 12 team league that does NOT penalize for STIKEOUTS and we draft pitching STAFFS(like the whole New York Yankees)

OF3-Adam Dunn(remember doesnot Penalize for strikeouts)

4. Marcus Thames (played him last week and it payed off)
