  1. 7/10, and most of those things the guy before me said would help :D

  2. I would rate this 7/10 and say its a pretty good deck build. Although there are some things that I think would really help you out a lot! 1st off, Magical Mallet. I don't think this card belongs in any deck, because it is instant -1. You lose 1 card that your opponent does not. I know that in dragon decks you often are stuck with high level monster cards in your hand, so cycling them into the deck with Magical Mallet might seem appealing, but chances are with the card you would draw instead of Magical Mallet, you would be better off than with the 1 less # of new cards you would gain from your deck. Secondly, Creature Swap. This card also makes it so you lose 1 card your opponent does not, even though the non tribute dragons in this deck suffer from low attack power, once again, the card you would draw in place of Creature Swap would probably be more helpful than having 1 less # of cards. I personally am not an Enemy Controller fan, but I suppose its fine. Monster Reincarnation is a horrible card, that causes you to go -1, its the kind of card you would draw and realize you are about to lose the duel. While we are on the topic of Spell cards, let me give you a few suggestions of things you can add. I would add Hammer shot to this deck, because like I said it suffers from low attack power. Pot of Avarice would be another great addition to this deck. Because of Troop and Masked Dragons, the graveyard gets stocked fairly quickly. Some advice as to your monsters, well first off I am not a Horus Lv8 fan. He can ONLY be summoned via the Lv6 effect. I prefer to run 3 Tyrant Dragons. 1 Big reason for that decision is because you can run x2 UFO Turtle and x2 Flame Ruler. UFO Turtle can pull out any fire type monster 1500atk or less, which means Decoy Dragon, or Masked Dragon! Plus he can pull out Flame Ruler, which is a 1 trib for a Tyrant. I would probably just get rid of the Troop Dragons, and 1 Expolder Dragon, for these 4 cards. And then to make up for the fact that I removed 3 spell cards earlier, and only added 2 back, you should add a Marshmallon. Leaving you with 20 Monsters, and 13 Spell. The reason for the change of ratios is because with cards like UFO Turtle and Masked Dragon, you Mil the monsters out from your deck fairly quickly, even with Pot of Avarice. And also Marshmallon provides an excellent wall, as well as a bit of damage. Now on to the traps! First off the most obvious of critques, add a Mirror Force, and if you dont have 1, a 3rd Sakuretsu Armor. The card I would take out for this is Burst Breath. Lastly I would remove 1 Dust Tornado for a Bottomless Trap Hole. But still keep the Dust Tornado in the sidedeck. There are a few different ways you could take this deck, the 3 Tyrants such as I suggested, and even add a Molten Destruction to raise UFO Turtles, Masked Dragons, Tyrant Dragons, and Flame Rulers attack to help take care of the lower attack points of the non tribute monsters. You could throw in a 3rd UFO Turtle or second Decoy Dragon for there effects. You could remove one of the Horus Lv6's to reduce your chances of being stuck with Tribute monster in the hand. Another idea is go for Treeborn Frog as a wall / trib fodder, or even Snipe Hunter to burn the less useful cards from your hand.
