As you can clearly see, it's 45 card. I'd prefer it to be at 40-42 cards. I d not own: cyber dragon, Raiza, or zaborg...although I can get some infernal prodigies just like that.

wow nice deck dude, i dont know alot about the newer cards because i havent bought any recently but i know ALOT of the old ones so, first off add a draining shield and or magic cylinder of course you should drop a card  but i dont know what ya need or dont need so it's up to you... i rate 8/10

As you said yourself you have to manu cards. Make your deck exactly like this and you'll be sure to have a brilliant deck on your hands.

This is really a brilliant deck thta you should 100% make for yourself. It's fast and due to the whole removal factor, it has a hands up on the competition from the very start of each duel. If you are able to get these cards then make your deck like this.
