Ok I could be wrong but I counted 46 cards, that 6 too many for it to be competitive. Ok the deck will move more smoothly if you forget the Plasma for now. I would put it in the side and a lot of decks that are based off the D Hero draw engine tend to not side Oppression because the main focus is too abuse Disk and that can't happen if your opponent will use your oppression against you. So you could replace that with Plasma and plasma oriented cards if you wish. I personally would dump

3 Bottomless Trap hole

1 Plasma

1 Scapegoat

2 Fires of Doomsday

3 Cyber Valley

2 Allure Of Darkness

Thats 12 cards out. Only replace 6 to keep your deck at 40.

Add

1 Limit Reverse

1 Spell Striker

1 Solemn Judgment

1 Pot of Avarice

1 Heavy Storm

With the deck smaller the added draw of Valley and Allure isnt needed. Plus a lot of the cards you want to have in the grave anyway. Allure is only great when there are cards that you want out of play. Pot of avarice allows you to reuse monarchs and add some draw power. Added limit reverse another sac for monarchs and help abuse disk commander. The rest is pretty self explanatory. Hope I helped I really like the build with the changes
