Rate from best to worst for estimating body fat?

1 being best and 5 being the worst...if you know any other methods than those mentioned below please feel free to share them.

  1. In descending order of accuracy.

    DEXA

    Hydrostatic weighing

    Calipers

    Bioletrical impedance (the kind on cheap home scales)

    The mirror


  2. Callipers and weighing are the best but should be used together.

    Forget the mirror

    No matter what you are now,  Eat proper well balanced meals, no sodas, fast/fried foods and processed foods.  Fresh fruits, veggies, white meat.

    It is better to eat 4 small meals than to eat 1 or 2 larger meals.  

    Exercise daily, even if it walking, biking or swimming.  Start out slow and increase speed and distance slowly
