I would say you are about a 6. It's not that you aren't pretty, because you are, I just think you have the potential to look better than you do now. First of all, it looks to me like your eyebrows are painted on, and this is the main thing I would fix. I don't think the super-thin, painted look works for anybody, and it makes your face look older. I think the first pic just isn't a good angle, so that is probably part of it, because the second pic is much nicer. The only other thing is that your eye makeup kind of draws attention to bags you have under your eyes, so I would work getting rid of the bags you have and in general I would suggest less dramatic/dark makeup overall. With those simple changes I think you will be able to easily show how pretty you are.

P.S. Your hair is really pretty.

i say a 6.5 right now...ur pretty...just ur brows are yikes...grow em in or lower and thicken the draw ons...u have a "scared" look to ur brows...that is all i an say tho...try anastasia brow stencils and brow powder instead to draw em in...if u choose to grow them in for a more natural look, the brow powder will camoflage the growth especially if u use a brow gel after to thicken thelook of the hairs...again adding a more natural feel to it.

People look better with real ones, not drawn on ones.

Well your hair is very nice. You could tame it a bit better by trying out some new hair products.

Let those eyebrows grow!! They are just way over plucked, and over the top!

You're already very pretty- you don't need to improve on much. I'd rate you an eight right now, the only thing I could suggest for you would be to fix up your brows. In the first picture the arch is far to high and they are also to thin for my liking! =] So I'd basically say grow the brows out so that they are a bit thicker and lower the arch. Hope I've helped xx
