I give you 6 out of 10. Ok I run DAD and your deck just has just too much going on. You have 2 Plasma and no scapegoats, or even fires of doomsday would improve this dramaticlly. But this deck to me lack synergy, you have all the right cards for 2 different decks and you mashed them together. I dont like this that must, I could see how at times it could be explosive, but all DAD decks are that way and all you're doing is slowing it down. Well thats my advice, you could take it or leave it but ill tell you what, a lot of people are just going to tell you how great it is looking for ten points and its just because you have all of the expensive cards, well I have them too and ill tell you right now you're using them wrong. Too many Lv.8's and not enough support for them.

BUT

i can see there are a few flaws...

whats with all the Tributable monsters?

why 2 Plasma? 3 Dark Armed Dragons?

ok, ya those are great cards, but Light and Darkness Dragon i have to say is one of the toughest cards to use... u cant really do anything with him out... he negates everything, including urself... thats why i took it out... then having to wipe out the field just for another monster isnt exactly worth it

Caius, Raiza, Mobius should be in this deck instead of the 2 Plasma, Darklord Zerato, Light and Darkness Dragon

sure Plasma, Zerato and LADD are kool, but Raiza, Caius and Mobius help u out big time, an ther only one tribute

2 tributes in a tournament these days are nearly impossible, unless ur rolling with the Gadgets, Cyber Dragon, Six Samurais

overall ur deck looks great

but in a tournament duel against a Gadget Control Deck, a Destiny Dude Turbo Deck, or that Macro Monarch Deck... this deck wouldnt put up much of a big fight, the biggest and strongest monsters wouldnt even see the duel mat before the duels over, just stick with the Monarchs

the deck looks impressive, its just the sore thumb monsters easily catch my eye right away, DMOC, Jinzo, DAD are the mains in this deck, all tho i would suggest adding DMOC and Jinzo to a spellcaster deck where they can work morewonders... anyways that is just my suggesting

Very good!

Add your Raiza to your Main Deck, not your side. Also add PWWB to your main.

But this deck IS VERY STRONG! Don't let any-one tell you otherwise.

You don't really need Ladd.This  actually quite a good deck.You don't need plasma amazingly either but if you want a decent strategy to summon it have a scapegoat in your deck(yes! you can tribute them for plasma!).But overall this is a good deck 9/10!Really good
