id give it an 8 at best there r some changes u could make

but it all depends rlly how u do battling wise with the team

i like your team, but i'm hate the move fly. useful, yeah, but not in battle.  you'd probably be better off with fire blast, but since your ninetales already knows fireblast, earthquake or hidden power might be more helpful.
