If I was in your league and had to go up against your team, I wouldn't be worrying much.  You need to get a 2nd RB and your best bet would be to trade one of your starting WR for him.  Mendenhall should be okay, but the jury is still out when it comes to rookie RBs.  

Your bench doesn't have much depth.  I would look at free agency and dump your third TE for another WR or RB (better chance to grab another WR at this point).  Keep Hester on the ready in case you are counting return yards and TDs for the person and not the special teams unit.  

9th in a 12-team league is not the best spot to be in, so those drafts need to be heeded even more carefully.  Better luck next time.

You pretty much summed it up. Don't need a backup kicker. Try to get more running backs. Good QB. Portis is solid. Wayne, Cotchery, and Driver are all 1,000 yard receivers. Garrard is a good fantasy backup, he won't throw INTs.

That draft is bad!!! Nobody would ever trade a TE for a starting RB. IMO fold now!

How many teams are in your league? But your draft is pretty weak. Your only drafted one starter rb!! But who knows. Good luck. You might be able to trade one of your TE's for a rb that can start for you.
