You are very WR heavy...I would maybe look at trying to trade Burress and Ronnie Brown or Edge for another top 10 or 12 RB.  That would improve your team greatly.

I'd give your team a 9/10. The most impressive part of you team is your wideouts. The will give you plenty of points each week and you have a good reserve in Holmes. Westbook and Brown are very good backs and will be even better if Brown played the same as he did last year before injury. James is a very good RB reserve if all else fails. You have good depth at RB. Garrard has already proven he can be consistent and play well as QB. Look for him to have a better year with more talented WRs.

ill give it an 8 the qb position is a little shaky just cause im not sure if garrard  can do what he did last season if he does ur teams a 10

Depends on how may teams are in your league. I would guess 8 or less with this lineup. If so, I would say 7/10. You are weak at QB, incredible at WR, solid at RB and TE, and Seattle should finish top 5 or so.
