note: this is a 10-team league and i had the 7th pick (Brady and romo went 1st & 3rd overall)

You are in good shape in every position but QB.  I'm not saying that Garrard or Rodgers aren't good QBs, but in all your other positions you have some of the top players at their position.

I would try to trade coles and/or graham to get a better starting QB.

Overall I'd give you about a 8 out of ten.  Even if you don't make a trade, you are in pretty good shape.  Play Garrard or Rodgers based on the matchups each week and you shouldn't have much trouble making the playoffs.
