  1. I'd give it a 3 out of 10. You have no strategy in the deck, nor is there card advantage. You have many good creatures and cards, but they're all alone, there's nothing to help them out. You need to let go of cards that you only have 1 of. Try to get cards into you deck that share the same creature type. For example: All rouges, all merfolk, all slivers, all beasts, etc. When you have many cards that share the same creature type your deck starts to feed of itself, in a way. Because all your cards benefit your other cars. For example, if you had a sliver deck you might want to get the card that says "all slivers get +1/+1. I run a mono black rogue deck that works great. I played my friends with it and it won 33 games out of 35! It is so good because all my cards are rogue, so they benefit from each other and it is extremely fast.

If your interested in making a rogue deck here's the decklist.

    Lands:

    27x Swamps

    Creatures:

    2x March Flitter

    2x Auntie's Snitch

    2x Stinkdrinker Bandit

    3x Nightshade Stinger

    4x Prickly Boggart

    4x Ghostly Changeling

    4x Frogtosser Banneret

    4x Oona's Blackguard

    Other:

    1x Bitterblossom

    2x Assassinate

    2x Unholy Strength

    2x Noggin Whack

    2x Grave Peril

    4x Morsel Theft

    4x Violet Pall

    -hope this helps

  2. I'd give it a 1/10.

    1. 12 lands is way too few, esp. in control (23-24 lands)

    2. A lot of these cards don't hold their weight (1 ofs, etc.)

    3. Too little killer (need more power cards)

Okay, if you want a good u/w control deck, I'd recommend the u/w precon deck from dissension.  It's only $10, and sets you well on your way.  My favorite deck though, is the r/b Shadowmoor -1/-1 counter deck.
