I don't claim to be a basketball expert but it looks like you don't have any good 3 point shooters.  A great group of players can be beaten by a great team.  Look at USA basketball.  

I haven't played a NBA Live game in a few years but I would think about trading Williams for a shooting guard with an outside shot that you could rely on.
