First of all

ESPEON ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every pokemon is great but for ESPEON take out Substitute or Double team for some thing like RETURN or SWIFT. If you dont have those TM's go to these website to check which attacks it learns at what level and what Tm's or HM's it can learn. For torterra take out Razor leaf (if you can) and put in Giga/Mega Drain. For Golduck replace Toxic for Dig, Return or Brick Break or check out the sites. They are virus free.

I would rate that team 9/10.

Honchrow shouldnt have fly. Teach it arial ace.

Espeon. It should drop Double team. let it learn bite or crunch, move tutor. And get rid of either calm mind or subsitute for Swift.

Torterra doesnt need rock polish, its defense is pretty high as it is. You can replace it with any attack.

Get rid of Golduck all together. Try a Milotic, empoleon, or even try Lapras.

Charizard, get rid of sunny day for slash or something that is a general attack.

Raichu, thunder wave for volt tackle?>

I would rate it a 8 out of 10. It's a good team however you should replace the moves of espeon, not all of them but a couple to offensive.
