Rate my Pokemon Diamond battle tower team?

Torterra (Lvl. 100)

I'm not gonna go into detail since this is just an in game team. So, for your empoleon, I would make it so he doesn't have multiples of the same type of move for more coverage. Keep surf and Ice beam, and give him stealth rock and grass knot.

Tortera same thing, keep woodhammer and EQ, and give him crunch and stone edge for more coverage. Your dragonite is fine for the battle tower.
