I am an ocean duelist my self and i give the deck a 7/10

if your going to use starboy you need a card like heart of clear water so starboy can't be killed in battle. also like the other guy said Neo Daedalus doesn't really work unless you got 3 daedalus and i have 3 of them and don't like running Neo cause you got to offer Daedalus but Neo is a good card. and really you only need 2 Daedalus to run Neo, I would also replace Shadow spell with a better trap. also with the way your deck is set up you might want to add in Level Limit Aera B and Gravity Bind. but think careful about those cards before u add them in cause you want to take some high level cards out. note MK3 Anphious Grottmoth with gravity bind or Level limit is a tough thing to beat. once more thing you should have at 2 if not 1 Tornado wall in your deck. so you lose no LP for battle damage. comes in very handy. and a Field Barrier to protect your ocean.

this is sooo close to the structure deck.....

next time please order your cards in the monster, spell, trap order because it is easier to read and understand.

i think your neo daedalus can be taken out unless you are willing to run 3 daedalus, 3 Umi, 3 legendary ocean, and 2 Neodadelus. Its more like a one turn kill strategy then....
