As you can see, the deck focuses mainly around the card "Skill Drain," which negates the effects of all my negative-effect monsters who all have wicked high ATK.

(Notes):

-ALL of my giants (AKA 4 stars 2200 or higher attack) have to stay.

-Do NOT request mirror force because I dont have the money nor the time to invest in it.

-About how much would the deck cost me?

I'd say you need more spell/trap defense.

*you may not have Mirror force, but your opponent might.

the problem with these decks are you never seem to draw skill drain so how about adding different dimension capsule or gold sarcophagus or may be even a cat of omen
