Rate my ab routine? ?

this is a daily routine backed by my physio's guidance (i recently had back problems, these exercises are to strengthen up the abs to rectify it and it's working so far!)

all the exercises are done with the abs clenched and when on the floor back curved flat against the floor

slow controlled bicycle crunches (no arm movement)

crunches

front planks

side planks

so far i've been doing each exercise to near fatigue...what are your thoughts on it?

  1. You haven't said how many reps until you hurt could be three or four.

    I don't know what your backs like but I would suggest

    50 leg raises - lower abs

    100 crunches - upper abs

    50 crunches bringing elbows to knees - obliques

    plus ad planks for core strenght
