this is a daily routine backed by my physio's guidance (i recently had back problems, these exercises are to strengthen up the abs to rectify it and it's working so far!)all the exercises are done with the abs clenched and when on the floor back curved flat against the floorslow controlled bicycle crunches (no arm movement)crunchesfront planksside planksso far i've been doing each exercise to near fatigue...what are your thoughts on it?
