Well his face looks nice but I can't rate him. I can't tell if he has any markings, what his conformation is like, and if he is a good mover. And besides in everyone eye's their horse is the most adorable horse ever. If you think your horse is cute you don't have to see what other people think. Good luck! Judging from his face I would give him a 9 but only judging from his face.
