Well, it depends what dragon deck you are willing to make(Blue Eyes, Armed Dragon, Horus, or etc.).

I would say you can do CyberDark dragon deck because there is a couple of cool combos in there. Plus the high attacks with their effect. Make sure to add more 3 star monsters so they will strong(Masked Dragon, Hunter Dragon, etc.).

buy a rise of the dragon lords structure deck it gives dragons and dragon suppor w/some better spell/traps
