I wouldn't worry, you have an all-star team.  I'm in two leagues, and nobody has managed to put together a team that good.  

Improvements...geez, I don't know.  Maybe if you could clone Babe Ruth and Joe Dimaggio.  Nothing else is gonna be good enough.
