As always it depends on the size of your league.  Assuming it is a standards league...you are solid at every position, but not great.  

Other than Jackson, and maybe Andre, you players are more average than spectacular.  Big Ben isn't bad, but obviously not a top tier QB.  You probably picked McGahee too early.  Should have gotten a top WR, or a better QB instead.  

Watch free agents for a better kicker and defense.  They are normally easy to find a few games into the season.
