it depends on your scoring type.

in standard scoring leagues, it looks like you have a heck of a team.  

Your RB is probably the weak spot.  Parker is losing carries to the rookie and Maroney is unproven.  James is solid and will be a weekly starter for you

That looks like a great team but you should try to trade a good WR for a RB if you can. Like S Moss and C Chambers for S Jackson, M Lynch or F Gore
