This is like a 9, very solid.  

You have top players at every position. Those who aren't all stars are still very good players at their positions.  Plus, you have one of the better Ds in Jax (maybe top 5), and a decent bench.

I'd give your team a ten, but you never want to start out at the very top -- can only go down.  Let's say you're starting with an "A" grade, you just gotta make smart moves throughout the season (free agents/waiver wire, trades) and you'll be competitive all season.
