I give it an 8. Every position has a good player, but you might want to get a better third basemen.This is how I would put them in a lineup.

1.Edgar Renteria

2.Albert Pujols

3.Josh Hamilton

4.Carlos Quentin

5.Vernon Wells

6.Milton Bradley

7.Jose Lopez

8.Ramon Vazquez

9.Geovany Soto

I rate this team a 8.5/10

Seeing how this is a fantasy team on MLB.com with pitching staffs...you can do much better then Ramon Vasquez. You can maybe also upgrade on Edgar Renteria as well.

But overall this is a solid team.

I'd rate it a 6.5, you've got a great outfield, good 3B man, SS not so good, 2B is ok, 1B man is good, catcher is alright, and for your pitching.... pretty decent.
