  1. For 13 that's pretty good kid!

always do 40 to 50 push ups!

and always do 50 to 100 sit ups!

that's my only gripe keep on pushin!

Good stuff but you also gotta add some jogging! I mean half a mile or mile will do.

  2. 5 or 6 depending on what you're aiming for.

If you're just looking for a good work out, I'll just give it a 10. If you're planning on becoming a good fighter, that's not enough. You should at least double the amount of your whole training routine. When it comes to crunches, you should definitely do 100-200. But it's still not enough to be able to withstand multiple body blows.

Also, not only jogging but you should also take in some sprinting exercise. And in average, you should do 15-30 minutes of jump ropes. But I still wasn't enough to some of the professionals doing more than hours worth of skipping ropes. But that's how much average professionals does, which is about 30 minutes.

Sit-ups, chin-ups, push ups, jogging, and skipping rope, should be done every single day. Not only Monday-Friday.

  3. My dude.... i see you are striving to be the next Mr.Olympia or Iron Man winner.......gotta say i am impressed overall so for your determination i give you 10 and for your age a 10 and for your work out a 10 so actually i give you a 30 not because of how young you are but rather how ambitious you are making me look bad...now i gotta put the Haagen Daz down and get ta jogging......................THANKS ; P

  4. I have to agree, for your age that is good. I would say that you are doing to much chest work. Work your chest with weights once a week only so as they can recover for your next workout.

Do more ab work to really strengthen that area (at least 3 times a week)

  5. 8.  I would add some cardio even on your "strength" days.  Maybe a 10 minute jog, vs. the 15+ you do on the other days.

You're only 13.  Too much strength training at your age can do more harm than good - can even injure you permanently.  In fact, most sports med people say do not do any "strength" training until after you're done growing (about 16-18).  I'm not saying don't lift weights.  Aim for toning, and the muscles will build themselves.  On this point, you're doing very well.

Just so you know that I'm fairly aware of what I'm talking about, there is a young man whom I train with who has been in a cast or on crutches for most of the last 4 years.  He's 16...  He's lifted so much and so often that his muscles are too strong for his bones.  They will actually tighten to the point where they start pulling his bones apart.
