I will give it a 9 but why Mask of Restrict you can easily kill anything with Gladiater Beast's effects, it is a good deck though.

You do not need Waboku if you only run one non gladiator beast (test tiger). Take out Torax, its probably the worst gladiator beast out there besides Andal in my mind. Torax won't allow you to tag in another GB after battle thus making this card worthless even though you get a 1 card draw. You should add 1 more murmillo. It is one of the best GB's along side Bestiari. Also take out your 2 GB Alexander. That card is a waste of a slot. I don't think you should run Darius if you do not have Octavius, also GB's rarely go the graveyard anyway. I would put in 1 darius not 3.

Try to get a Heraklinos of course. You should definitely get Elemental Hero Prisma. it is so good for this deck. You also need 2 more Test tigers. Add one more Colosseum too.

The deck isn't that bad. Maybe a 7/10
