well thats it i really like this deck, it stalls for me and then bam theres a blue eyes on the field :P anyways, other than the local tournaments at my GNU book store, where else can i duel.....and better yet- how would someone get to regionals? someone please explain. and rate my deck!

i would give this a five but i like your strategies,but i would take out 2 blue eyes,(this is my opinion)  and if you already have luster dragon #1 you don't need luster dragon#2 i would seriously recommend a ultimate offering for all those blue eyes and tribute monsters(if you want to keep them).try and get a pot of avarice, its like a pot of greed but with this effect:you have to bring back 5 monsters into your deck

You forgot Lord of Dragon monster card, if you don't have that card then the flute won't work.

I was never a fan of the blue eyes; it is just a normal monster that is just too easy to destroy. But I like this deck. You should get the fusion of Blade Knight or Buster Blader(I get the two confused) with Blue Eyes Ultimate. Kaibaman is also a good addition.
