i'd say no to the shoes... but some converse or flats... but the sandals degrades the otherwise cute outfit.

I like it, I'd just go with a white pair of tennis shoes instead of the flip-flops

well, i see what your going for. but, there are too many solid colors..no patterns or unique differences. the vest is plain, the shirt is plain, and the shorts are plain. a little boring. i would get a different red shirt with some kind of pattern on it. trust me, that will make it 10x better. hope this helped
