get rid of one normal type(tauros, or togetic-whichever one has less stats). and teach one of the other a ground type attack like earthquake if you get rid of tauros. if you get rid of togetic then get a ghost or psycic type and teach dragonite wing attack

Arcanine's pretty good, but switch Flamethrower for Flare Blitz. You might also consider Reversal somewhere; it can be pretty useful.

Togetic is also not bad, but get rid of Fly. Fly is terrible, and it's also a physical move.

Sceptile: No Dragon Pulse. Everything else is okay.

Feraligatr is a much better physical attacker than special attacker. Waterfall will do more damage than Surf on him. I'm not fond of Ice Beam, but other than Dragon Dance there's not much else to go there and you need at least one Ice-type move. Maybe Ice Punch?

For Dragonite, change out Dragon Claw for Earthquake and Flamethrower for either Fire Blast or Fire Punch. Fire Punch will benefit from Dragon Dance and Fire Blast just does more damage.

Tauros and Swords Dance don't get along well. I'd suggest switching it with Earthquake and giving it a Choice Band.

The main mistake you're making is not separating physical and special moves. Remember, when looking at a move's description the little image is an 8-pointed star, that means it uses the Attack stat. If it looks like ripples in a pond, it uses the Special Attack stat. To maximize effectiveness you'll want to match the right moves to the pokemon with the right stats to use them. Typewise, you've got a pretty glaring weakness to Rock, which could be bad. Get Rid of the Tauros and Get a good Electric type. Every thing else is good though.
