nice pokemon but the moves are not so good,

blastoise learn surf or water pulse

and choose both umbreon and skamory and switch the two of them at other times.

great team i would rate an 8 and a half because well for your blastoise you could have hydro cannon or water pulse (to confuse your enemies) and your charizard, blissey, dragonite and tyranitar are awesome and have great moves but out of skarmory and umbreon i would choose umbreon and choose mean look, confuse ray, giga impact and pyshic for the moves and that would give you such a awesome team you could be the greatest pokemon trainer of them all
