Rate my pokemon for me plz ?

plz give me advice on how to get these up to atleast LV. 60 fast without cheating or trading thankyou.

i have tried to defeat the pokemon leauge and got to Cynthia she had only two pokemon left and if my pokemon were all atleast level 60 i would haver done it for sure

Torterra LV.51

Uxie LV.51

dont use uxie and alelf thay are not good even if thay are lengandarys and get a fire type and a water type good luck
