  1. If your sister can commit to studying (I hated math and could barely sit to study it for 10 minutes!!), she will be a big success!  Your family's reactions (not being supportive of her at least trying to get an education) is a DEFINITE way to bring someone down.  If they can't support her, I think she should cut down on the visits to them, IMHO.

I'm sorry that some of the things you talked about happened to her.  If her dad wasn't there, it is a huge thing for a person.  Make no mistake about it - doesn't matter when it happened.  I don't know what else happened, but it sounds as if she may need help from a professional to learn how to overcome some of the things she's been faced with.  No easy task, but if she chooses to do it, there'll be no stopping her.  The best of luck to you both - make sure you let her know how much you love her and that you are proud of her.  I'll be thinking of you both and wish you the best.

  2. I think she would have a great future. Although being overweight is a disadvantage in life because a lot of people will jugde someone who is overweight.

  3. It could go both ways of course. I think she will be unsuccessful unless she changes. Also I think she should go on a diet WITH A NUTRITIONIST so she doesn't  get anorexia , bulimia or binge eating disorder. And to keep her from yo - yo dieting.
