7.5" x 31" Double kick, double concave canadian maple deck

Anodized heavy duty BEYOND brand aluminum trucks

54mm x 36mm MOTHERSHIP brand PU cast wheels

Abec-5 bearings

It cost me $35.

Did i get a good deal? I know how to skateboard but im looking how to ollie and do tricks, is this the right board for that? Tell me which parts are good and which parts are bad also. Answer as many parts as you can. Thank you.

  1. Both Zumiez and CCS suck!!

Not only are they not experienced workers but they also "sell out" the skate culture. They come into towns and take money from the core shops like my city has one in the mall for god's sake.

When they first opened my local shop owner almost went out of business just because Zumiez had a mini ramp.

They opened in the most affluent part of town which goes to show they just wanna get into people's pockets. In addition, my shop owner is an older guy and said during the 70's this particular mall threatened them and called the authorities on them for skating. The zumiez owner is also a kook and knows nothing about skating. He can't grip a board, he can't recommend anything, he doesn't keep up with up and comers, and he overcharges.

My point is support "Your real local shops" and no your board isn't good but you can fix it. If you really are committed to skating don't shop at CCS or Zumiez and remember always look to people with real skate knowledge.

  2. get spitfire wheels

  3. you should get a darkstar with spitfire wheels venture trucks or get a blank

  4. I would get new trucks Destructos are really good... good luck!

  5. No thats not a good deal. When i buy my skateboards i buy them at zumiez. They have like a million difforent amazing parts. Your skateboard rating is a 6.5. Listen to someone who skateboards. You should get a zero deck 7.5, Independent trucks that are 7.5, Spitfire wheels that are 50mm and somewhere around 105a, bones reds bearings, 1 1/4 inch shortys hardware, and mob griptape. Do it. A sweet ride like that will only cost you like $115 at zumiez for a package plan or you could go online to ccs or skate warehouse or warehouse skateboards. Peace bro.
