Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Spirit Barrier, Nightmare's Steelcage, Gravity Bind, Level Limit - Area B, Swords of Revealing Light, and Wall of Revealing Light, all stall your opponent.

Hey! This actually looks like a good stall / burn deck. A few suggestions I would like to give are to replace the solar flare dragons with volcanic slicers. Both deal 500dmg per turn, but you dont need to wait til the end with Volcanic, also it has a pretty nice 1800 atk, so he will be more difficult to kill. You should know though that Ring of Destruction is banned now. A pretty good replacement might be Nightmare Wheel. Also you may want to add Raging Flame Sprite(s) they can deal a lot of direct damage. You could also consider adding Chaos Burst, to destroy an opp monster while simultaneously dealing 1000 life points damage.
