im 14 i do 150 sit ups a day 50 curls with 10 pound weights a day 15 leg lifts a day 5 push ups a day and 30 jumping jakes a day rate form 1 to 10 how strong i should be for a 14 year old

  1. maybe a 9 or a 10? but seriously... do you have to work out so much? spend more time outside and enjoy being young.. your still a kid.

  3. I dont know.. I do a lot more but thats ok! about a 5-7

    and like whats the point of 5 pushups a day? thats not helping at all.. neither is 30 jumping jacks or 15 leg lifts... you need to do 15 reps 5 sets and you should be doing 100 pushups and 200 jumping jacks if you want results... the situps are ok but you shuold be doing crunches
